Cats! | Sarnia/ Lambton County Pet Portrait Photographer

We used to have two beautiful domestic short haired cats. They were both strays that showed up on our property one day and stayed. We took them to the vet, had them innoculated, as well as some other things that are good to keep male cats under control :o).

Sadly Jester was not exactly a bright kitty. He didn't even live to be a year old. He liked to visit with our neighbours across the road. Need I say more.

Sylvester died at age eight. Young for a healthy kitty, but he suddenly became ill and died before we could do anything about it. The photo of him looking out the patio door was just a few days before his death.

The tabby, George, belongs to my brother and SIL. He is typically an indoor cat which is good, because all things considered, his intelligence ranks up there with Jester.

Our Dog Snoopy| Sarnia/ Lambton County Pet Portrait Photographers

Snoopy is an Australian cattle dog (blue heeler)/Labrador retriever mix. We rescued her from the pound when she was about three and a half months old. She is a very fun, but very busy dog. We put her in obedience classes when she was ten months old. She passed simply because they follow the "no dog left behind" policy ;o). Actually she did quite well despite her energy and excitement. Since then, she has also taken agility classes. She loves to run -- and to jump. She absolutely thrived in agility classes. I am hoping to take her again this spring. Now if only I can convince her that when she is off her leash, she needs to return to me!

These photos are from the October of 2007, when we first got her, to current.
